Dandan fell in love with recruitment since 2011 when she started her career at a top international headhunting firm for 5 years where she built out multiple niche & executive search divisions and teams before retiring a week after her 5th year anniversary as a global top producer.
As an entrepreneur, Dandan built career coaching business Dandan Global in 2016 and DG Recruit in 2018 while accumulating a robust real estate portfolio (mix of long & short term rentals across the east coast).
Dandan coaches top recruitment professionals and firms and speak about sales, personal development, and strategies for life and career success.
Dandan also hosts 2 podcasts, the DG Recruit Podcast and Daily DANDAN Podcast, to help job-seekers and recruiters get ahead in their life and careers.
While working on DGR and real estate investing is Dandan’s primary passion and focus, she is also a huge Harry Potter nerd, dog-lover, avid traveler, foodie, and snowboarder.

As the ultimate networker, Grace enjoys building partnerships with her clients to build out their teams while supporting and advising her candidates as they assess the opportunities available to further their career.
With a background in healthcare finance consulting for 4 years prior to entering recruitment, Grace discovered her passion for sales and understanding how to best motivate, influence, and manage others both internally and externally.
After discovering recruitment, Grace took a huge leap of faith, dropped everything to move from her beloved hometown of Oakland, CA to New York City to join Dandan to build DG Recruit into the premier R2R business nationally.
When she's not jet-setting around the country (and world) for work and leisure, she loves to read personal development books, listen to a variety of podcasts, lift weights, explore land investment opportunities, and figure out new ways of doing things.
